Use the AutoCorrect feature to remove line breaks that occur within sentences. Unwanted line breaks can occur when you copy text from another source and paste it into a text document.
オートコレクト機能を利用して、文中の改行記号を削除することができます。他のソースからコピーしてきたテキストを文書ドキュメントに貼り付けると、不要な改行記号が挿入される場合があります。(par_id3155858.2)

This AutoCorrect feature only works on text that is formatted with the "Default" paragraph style. このオートコレクト機能を利用できるのは、標準段落スタイルで書式設定されたテキストに対してのみです。(par_id3153413.3)

1. Choose Tools - AutoCorrect Options .
   ツール → オートコレクトオプションを選択します。(par_id3153138.5)

2. On the Options tab, ensure that Combine single line paragraphs if length greater than 50% is selected. To change the minimum percentage for the line length, double-click the option in the list, and then enter a new percentage.
   オプション タブにおいて、長さが次の値より長い1行段落を結合する 50% が選択されていることを確認します。適用する最小サイズを変更するには、リスト中のオプション行をダブルクリックして、行の長さに対するパーセンテージを指定し直します。(par_id3149645.6)

3. Click OK.
   OK をクリックします。(par_id3145093.12)

4. Select the text containing the line breaks that you want to remove.
   削除する改行記号の付いたテキストを選択します。(par_id3145118.7)

5. In the Apply Style box on the Formatting bar, choose “Default”.

6. Choose Format - AutoCorrect - Apply.
